Liberty in American is declining daily. Life is becoming uncomfortable, more or less, for many Americans. The feeling is new to some, while others have felt that way for a time.
Everyone is searching for solutions to problems they perceive. Some quit the system and others vocally protest, all hoping for a prosperous survival.
All perceptions of problems involve the liberty/tyranny/freedom situation. The idea of natural rights is a necessary but sometimes divisive issue. Government leviathan is a fact of life, and taming it requires power and diligence.
Most protesters are identified as members of the Tea Party movement, a term co-opted by the media and political operatives for their purposes. Tea Party people encompass various ages, intellects, and backgrounds. They are subject to diversion, deception and misinformation.
People have the dual power power of trial by jury and jury nullification. Common sense teaches that government always prevails without a jury.
Some argue with merit that participation in the voting process only perpetuates the corruption.
